Assistant Recruitment Manager

Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels
Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and hiring needs
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience aligned with brand standards
Prepare employment offers and conduct reference checks
Ensure all recruitment documentation complies with company policies and local labour regulations
Support the execution of the recruitment strategy in line with Rixos standards
Proactively source candidates through various platforms and networks
Coordinate with the People & Culture team to ensure smooth onboarding processes
Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring processes
Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and university partnerships
Support reporting and data- driven recruitment decisions
Manage the full end- to- end recruitment process across all departments
Support hiring managers in candidate selection and decision- making
Support talent pipeline development for both mass and specialised hiring

Passion for building strong teams and delivering excellent candidate experience
Proactive and resourceful in candidate sourcing
Strong organisational and time management skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with the same role
High attention to detail and accuracy
Prior working experience in Vietnam is required
Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, or large- scale resorts is an advantage
