Bachelor&039;s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and food & beverage management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS restaurant management systems.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
Previous experience in a 4- or 5- star hotel or resort environment is preferred.
