Role Description
Lead the transformation of Aftersales within a premium automotive ecosystem. Drive performance, profitability, and customer excellence across a nationwide dealership network.
We are seeking a strategic, results- driven Automotive Aftersales Director/Customer Services Director to lead our Aftersales & Aftermarket business across the dealership network.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with principals, suppliers, and dealer partners
Ensure full compliance with global brand standards and deliver consistent service excellence across all touchpoints
Lead customer experience transformation initiatives, fostering a customer- centric culture across the network
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the dealership network
Develop and strengthen organizational capabilities, including high- performing teams, scalable systems, and operational frameworks
Define and execute the Aftersales & Aftermarket strategy aligned with overall business objectives
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in Aftersales operations and service delivery.
Lead and optimize dealership performance through effective governance, KPI management, and performance tracking

Requirements
Proven track record of leading Aftersales / Customer Service functions at a senior management or director level
Strong leadership presence with the ability to build, lead, and develop high- performing teams
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with strong expertise in Aftersales operations
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external partners
Solid experience working with global brands, principals, or multi- site dealership networks
Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results
