Payment Control & Risk Management: Audit payments, detect irregular or suspicious bookings, and promptly report discrepancies to the manager.
Booking Processing & System Allocation: Process and assign OTA bookings into the hotel’s property management system (PMS). Ensure all guest information is entered accurately with zero errors to prevent overbooking or duplicate reservations.
Ad- hoc Tasks: Execute other related duties and assignments as requested by line managers.
Guest & Partner Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all messages and emails from guests and OTA partners. Provide accurate information regarding bookings, hotel policies, special requests, or complaints, while maintaining consistency across all OTA platforms.
OTA Channel Management: Take full responsibility for receiving, processing, and managing all reservations generated from OTA (Online Travel Agency) channels.
Content & Score Optimization: Maintain and continuously improve the content score and listing quality of all branches on OTA platforms.
Cross- Department Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Operations team (Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure accurate room status updates and efficiently handle booking modifications, cancellations, no- shows, and special guest requests.
Financial Reconciliation: Partner with the Accounting department to perform monthly reconciliations, process payment requests, and track monthly payouts for OTA partners utilizing Virtual Credit Cards (VCC).
Inventory & Rate Monitoring: Monitor and track room allotment, pricing, and live room availability.
Listing & System Mapping: Lead the listing and setup of new hotel branches on OTA platforms and execute proper mapping with the Channel Management System (CMS).

IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office computing.
Experience: Minimum of 6–12 months of experience in OTA Reservation management.
Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding and proficiency in OTA platforms, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Channel Managers.
Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills (Strong written and reading comprehension skills are strictly required).
Work Ethic: Enthusiastic, proactive, highly responsible, and self- motivated.
Attributes: High attention to detail, meticulous, and possesses a strong willingness to learn.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or other related fields.
Working Hours: Ability to work full- time during standard administrative hours.
