Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a close relationship with hospitality network
• Make sure that all requested proposals and guests&039; email is replied within 4 hours of working day.
• Achieve budgeted room nights and achieve function contribution for the sales department.
• Fully participate in the sales meeting and sales briefings be proactive and come with solutions.
• Assists DOS/DOSM in preparation of the market analysis, sales goals, marketing plan, special programs and other special reports.
• Make sure to have at least 4 sales call and 20 tele sales to partners every day
• Maintain a professional relationship with all inhouse departments.
• Be in touch with the market to find out what countries are increasing in arrivals and determine a change.
• Performs sales and marketing related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by DOSM/DOS
• Responsible for producing the weekly, monthly and groups forecast figures.
• Concentrate on Travel agencies to make sure they deeply understand about the resort
• Dresses properly when contacts or meet the clients, or whenever appears in the resort&039;s public area.

Requirements:
Well- organized with attention to detail
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
