[BANYAN] S&M_Sale Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage business trip arrangements, payment, booking hotel, airline... of sales team
Design, upload, extract and maintain customer databases.
Ensure the adequacy of sales- related equipment or material are available at all times.
Other duties as assigned by DOS/DOSM.
Make the contract, proposal as assigned
Coordinates necessary arrangements with vendors relating to sales.
Arrange and co- ordinate meetings, events and any appointments.
Establishes strong relationships with vendors to ensure maximization of hotel revenue.
Record, transcribe and take minutes of meetings.
Answer telephone in a pleasant manner

Requirements:

Well- organized with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work flexible hours when required

Experience:

Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
