Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
Welcome and assist guests at recreation areas (pool, gym, activity zones…).
Support special events and seasonal activities organized by the resort.
Promote wellness and lifestyle experiences in line with brand concept.
Organize and conduct daily recreational activities (e.g. yoga, outdoor games, cultural activities).
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and in good condition.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to guests during activities.

Requirements:

Well- organized with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn

Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
