Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
Ensure sufficient stock levels of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Conduct opening and closing procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
Team Leadership
Supervise, motivate, and support bartenders and bar attendants during shifts.
Assign duties and monitor employee performance to ensure service excellence.
Ensure team members comply with hotel grooming, attendance, and behavioral standards.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching on beverage knowledge and service standards.
Guest Service
Build rapport with regular guests and recognize VIP guests.
Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, concerns, and complaints.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and personalized service.
Promote beverage specials, signature cocktails, and other outlet promotions.
Inventory and Cost Control
Ensure proper storage and handling of alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Support cost control initiatives and revenue enhancement programs.
Assist in monitoring beverage inventory and controlling stock levels.
Minimize wastage, breakage, and unauthorized consumption.
Compliance and Safety
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and legal requirements.
Maintain workplace safety standards and report any hazards immediately.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, resort, restaurant, or upscale bar environment.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service standards.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
