BD Operation Coordinator

Pipeline & CRM Management:
Ensure all meetings and activities are properly logged and aligned with the sales process.
Monitor sales pipeline on a daily basis to ensure all deals have complete and accurate information.
Identify stalled or at- risk deals and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
Enforce CRM hygiene, including proper deal stage updates and mandatory fields
Cross- functional Coordination & Deal Handover:
Track deal progress and follow up with internal teams to maintain agreed SLAs.
Act as a central point of contact to resolve operational bottlenecks
Coordinate the end- to- end handover process from Sales to KAM/Operations, Accountance, and Legal teams.
Ensure all required information is completed before handover to avoid operational delays.
Process Compliance & Operational Control
Support the implementation of standardized workflows and checklists
Identify recurring operational issues and propose improvements to BD Operations.
Monitor and audit adherence to sales processes, CRM usage, and internal policies.
Sales Support & Issue Resolution
Support basic preparation of proposals, documentation, and internal coordination when required
Assist in resolving day- to- day operational blockers to ensure smooth deal execution.
Provide timely support to Sales on process, CRM usage, and deal- related queries.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Support the development and maintenance of a single source of truth for sales operations
Ensure all documents are properly version- controlled and accessible to the Sales team.
Maintain and update centralized sales materials, including templates, SOPs, and checklists.
Reporting & Data Support
Prepare and consolidate sales operation reports (pipeline, activities, SLA tracking).
Provide reliable data inputs for weekly and monthly business reviews.
Support data collection and analysis for dashboards and performance tracking.
Yêu cầu công việc
Hands- on experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales process execution is a plus
Proficiency in English is a plus
Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably supporting sales teams
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and processes, with solid execution skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, combined with strong coordination and communication skills to work across cross- functional teams. Possesses a problem- solving mindset, basic analytical capabilities, and a proactive, accountable approach with a strong sense of ownership in daily operations.
Experience in supporting process implementation, data tracking, and operational reporting
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
Experience in managing or coordinating cross- functional operations teams
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles
