Beach Club Operation Manager

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Lead, train, and manage staff teams
Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with safety and local regulations
Plan and execute events and entertainment programs
Oversee all operations (F&B, service, events, facilities)
Manage budgets, costs, and revenue targets

Ability to work in a fast- paced, flexible schedule (weekends/holidays)
3–5 years of experience in hospitality, beach club, or resort operations
Good communication and customer service mindset
Solid understanding of F&B operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
