Brand Performance Marketing Assistant Manager

As Brand Performance Marketing Assistant Manager, we rely on you to:
• Deliver accurate monthly performance reports — covering digital advertising, SEO, web analytics, and social
• Execute social media strategies focused on driving measurable results and brand engagement
• Manage our digital advertising agency relationship across Google Ads, Social Ads, Naver Ads and other relevant platforms — briefing campaigns, overseeing SEO execution, and collaborating with web support on UI/UX improvements to ensure every digital touchpoint works hard toward direct bookings and revenue targets
• Build and maintain a best- in- class digital presence across all platforms — Google Business, TripAdvisor, and social — ensuring brand consistency and conversion
• Own end- to- end digital marketing performance — website analytics, paid campaigns, SEO, and social — translating data into strategies that grow direct bookings and revenue

We are looking for someone who:
• Presents performance data to leadership in plain language that drives decisions, not just documents activity
• Thinks in funnels — from awareness to confirmed booking — and knows how to optimize each step
• Has hands- on paid media experience across Google and Meta, with a track record of managing agency partners and budgets toward measurable results
• Juggles multiple channels and deadlines without dropping the ball on reporting or optimization
• Is fluent in web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and comfortable turning data into clear decisions
• Takes ownership, spots what&039;s working and what isn&039;t, and acts on it
