BREAKBULK LOGISTICS MANAGER ( QUẢN LÝ HẬU CẦN HÀNG RỜI)

Forecast and analyze market conditions to optimize chartering opportunities.
Execute tasks assigned by the line manager.
Work closely with global chartering, commercial, and operation teams regarding market trends, pricing, and ship operation.
Develop new ship- owners and maintain relationship.
Market Capesize/ Panamax/ Supramax/ Handy vessels to charterers.
Potential to develop new dry bulk accounts, such as steel mills, power stations, and traders.
Negotiate Contracts of freight.
Conclude vessel fixtures for maximum utilization and earnings.
Help execute the chartering business development, make and implement the development plan.

Job Requirements

Risk Management: Ability to analyze and assess potential risks and hazards.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and internet usage.
Language Skills: High proficiency or fluency in English.
Experience: 3–4 years of working experience within dry bulk carrier operators.
Work Ethic: Proactive, creative, and capable of performing effectively under high pressure.
Sales Proficiency: Strong sales skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or other related fields.
Core Skills: Strong communication, presentation, management, and coordination skills.
