JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support the quality assurance activities to ensure that the final product meets client expectations.
Actively voice out any ideas or solutions for the issues during the progress in order to enhance the quality and results of the project.
Support Project Manager in managing members, tasks, and project timeline when needed.
Report the progress of work status as well as any difficulties to the clients daily and/or weekly.
Directly communicate with clients using Japanese via online meetings, email, slack channels (or other chat tools) to meet the requirements.
Analyze the requirements, create and maintain project documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have
Good at Japanese for 4 comprehension skills (Japanese skill at least N2 or equivalent).
Leadership potential, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit.
Nice to have:
Prefer candidates with work experience or study in Japan.
Good at English.
Communication skills: Ability to listen, convey information clearly and coherently.
Time management skills: Work efficiently under high pressure.
Have knowledge in some areas, such as E- commerce, Healthcare, E- learning, AI, Blockchain...
Experience involved in medium to big projects.
Teamwork skills: Able to work independently and effectively collaborate in a team.
Experience in using design and UML drawing tools like Figma, Draw.io.
Understanding about Japanese culture and Japanese working style.
