Business Analyst

Manage and track all change requests, ensuring proper impact assessment and alignment
Establish and standardize BA processes, frameworks, and documentation quality across projects
Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development teams and contribute to solution design and product specifications
Analyze business requirements from both business and end- user perspectives
Mentor, coach, and develop BA team members.
Create and review key deliverables including BRD, FSD, wireframes, activity diagrams, and system flows
Understand customer business processes, needs, and strategic objectives
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in business processes and propose effective solutions
Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects for a large- scale strategic client (100+ headcount)
Support presales activities, including consulting and proposal preparation when required
Collaborate closely with PMs, Tech Leads, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and high quality output
Act as the key liaison between client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and management
Drive requirement gathering, analysis, and validation to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment

Experience working in outsourcing or consulting environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent English skills: verbal and written
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities
Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex systems quickly
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Ecommerce domain is a strong advantage
Proven experience working on large- scale projects or clients (50+ headcount or equivalent complexity)
At least 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with 2–3 years in leadership/lead role
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, prototyping, wireframing, and use case tools
Strong experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and solution analysis
