Business Analyst (ERP, Finance & Data Focus)

The ideal candidate will have a strong data analysis background, practical experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience highly advantageous), and a solid understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes including reporting, controls, and compliance.
In addition, this role requires strong project management capability, supporting system implementation from planning through to delivery, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
Sports Turf Solutions (STS) is seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to support the implementation, optimisation, and long- term success of our Odoo ERP and finance systems across multiple countries in Southeast Asia.
This role will play a key part in rolling out a new ERP and financial system across international operations, ensuring alignment of business processes, financial workflows, and reporting structures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business, functional, and financial process documentation
Work with stakeholders across multiple countries to gather, analyse, and document business and financial requirements
Support the implementation and optimisation of Odoo ERP and finance modules
Design and deliver user training programs and documentation (in English)
Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation into business and finance processes
Act as the key liaison between finance teams, operations, and developers
Ensure data accuracy, financial integrity, and reporting consistency
Support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Map and improve accounting workflows, including AP, AR, GL, reporting, and internal controls
In collaboration with end users, develop management dashboards and reporting outputs
Assist in the regional rollout of ERP systems, ensuring consistency across entities
Lead and support UAT testing, validation, and system sign- off processes
Support project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating stakeholders
Identify process gaps and recommend efficient, scalable, and compliant solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field

3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Proven experience supporting ERP system implementation (Odoo highly preferred)
Experience working with multi- country or regional system rollouts is highly advantageous
Strong
data analysis background
, with experience in:
Advanced Excel
Google Analytics or similar tools
Power BI
Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and process mapping
Practical understanding of
accounting workflows and financial processes
, including:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Financial reporting and compliance
General Ledger (GL)

Experience in UAT testing, documentation, and training delivery
High attention to detail, particularly in financial data and reporting accuracy
Awareness of AI tools and emerging technologies, and their application in ERP and finance environments
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent communication skills in English (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
Solid project management capability, with experience supporting or leading system implementations
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with a data- driven mindset
Ability to work across cross- functional and international teams

Exposure to finance systems, data analytics, and AI- driven solutions
Be part of a regional ERP and finance transformation project
