Business Analyst

Analyze requirements and create clear, well- structured BA documents (SRS, BRD) for stakeholders
Work directly with end users to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure the product meets real user needs
Use mockup/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to ensure smooth delivery
Build products with a strong product mindset by conducting market research and competitor analysis (local & global) to propose effective solutions
Understand technical documents (system design, API) and collaborate closely with development teams

Prefer candidates with experience working in product companies
Experience working on large- scale systems with a high and stable number of users (prefer products already launched to the market)
Experience participating in full- cycle product development or developing a new feature from scratch, including:
Competitor analysis (both domestic and international)
Market research
Strong knowledge of business documentation: SRS, BRD
Experience working directly with end users
Ability to create mockups and prototypes
Prefer candidates with international certifications such as CCBA or CBAP
Technical background with understanding of system design documents and API documentation
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
