Business Analyst (Sales System Process Enhancement)

Business requirements & CR development in order to support Product teams to launch new products/ services;
Work and support implementation of initiatives and change requests in order to support sales in enhancing their experiences (including sales fraud control) and meet target assigned. The initiatives and change requests vary from technical solutions involved to process optimization.
Cooperate with IT / key stakeholders to successfully implement the project/ change request meet requirements and timeline (make assistance in improving product related system).
Coordinate and support implementation of initiatives and change requests in order to support sales in enhancing their experiences (including sales fraud control) and meet target assigned. The initiatives and change requests vary from technical solutions involved to process optimization.
Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with relevant departments to plan the implementation of initiatives and ensure that requirements and work progress are met.

Propose, suggest solutions to improve the sales experience.
Perform other tasks assigned by manager
Propose initiations for process optimization and sales system enhancement based on actual business situation, high level’s requirement,... to ensure operation and improve business.
Implement and participate in UAT of CRs of sales systems.
Manage initiatives about changing and improving sales systems and processes
Support initiatives and solutions on processes and systems for projects related to sales or/and BMT
Manage sales tools of sales divisions, including: (work closely with sales function and IT department)
Understand functions and usage of sales tools/equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
At least 3 year of experience in BA/ change request management/ project coordination or related fields.
At least 2 year of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
Language requirements:
Basic English
Other skills:
In charge of full circle of BRD processing
Experience working with BA support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Axure, data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Proactive communication skills and ability to work with the sales team
Able to understand and work with data (SQL, data query)
Ability to think logically and present ideas effectively
Ability to work under high pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
