MAIN PURPOSE:
As a Business Development Executive/Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships. This position requires a strategic approach to business development, strong leadership, and exceptional account management skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES:
Client Management & Customer Service
Monitor service quality, delivery timelines, and performance metrics (e.g., SLA compliance).
Champion a client- focused culture across teams and ensure continuous improvement in service experience
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Implement client satisfaction surveys, track and analyze feedback, and propose improvement actions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to identify and resolve service delivery issues.
Develop and execute client account plans to drive growth opportunities.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Act as a senior point of contact for key clients to resolve complex and strategic issues.
Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
Business Development
Build and nurture relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover industry trends and opportunities.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential clients in target markets.
Expand client base across multiple sectors: office buildings, residential complexes, factories, hotels, schools, etc.
Promote IFM services: catering, cleaning, security, maintenance, and more.

In- depth knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Exceptional problem- solving and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Bachelor&039;s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends.
Strong at strategic thinking, and decision- making skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
At least 03 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar position.
