Business Development Executive - IT Outsourcing

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present our services.
Keep track of leads, follow- ups, and meetings in a CRM or another tracking system.
Send messages and emails, make connections, and set up meetings with interested clients.
Prepare proposal PowerPoint slides and developer CVs to send to clients.
Work with the technical team to convert potential clients into active clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide weekly or monthly reports on the number of new leads generated, meetings scheduled, and other relevant metrics.
Find and reach out to potential clients using channels such as Zalo, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other websites.

Ability to quickly learn new knowledge and adapt to training.
Good communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Experience or strong comfort working in global or international markets.
Familiarity with tech stacks, software development domains, and outsourcing services in the software industry.
Have experience in an IT/software outsourcing company or related domain.
Proficient in using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo, and WhatsApp for lead generation and outreach.
Strong English skills, including speaking, writing, and listening.
