About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Interns to join our team full- time. This role is designed for individuals who want to dive deep into the real estate market, understand client specialization, and execute strategic business plans. You will be involved in the entire sales cycle, from market research to closing deals and developing professional sales kits.
Working Hours:
8 working hours per day (9AM- 6PM) + 1 hour lunch break (12AM- 1PM).
5 days per week (From Monday to Friday).
Job Description
Market Research (MKT R/s)
Conduct thorough research on the different businesses market in Vietnam, including emerging trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
Identify potential project locations and evaluate their feasibility and profitability.
Specialization
You will be trained to specialise in specific business / products profile, gaining insights, achieve professional delivery to our clients.
Become the go- to person for your specialized area, providing expert advice to potential clients.
Business Planning & Action Plan
Create detailed daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to achieve business development goals and ensure consistent activity.
Assist in developing strategic business plans to target specific market segments.
Target Setting & KPI Management (TGT + KPI)
Work closely with the team to set clear sales and development targets.
Track personal performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as number of client meetings, leads generated, and successful conversions.
Development of Sales Kits (developer sales- kits)
Collaborate with the marketing team to compile, update, and enhance sales kits and presentation materials.
Ensure all sales collateral is accurate, professional, and persuasive for client presentations.
Presentations (presentation)
Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations to potential investors and buyers.
Confidently present project highlights, financial benefits, and market data to close deals effectively.
Requirement
No prior work experience is required.

Proficiency in speaking, understanding, and writing in English or Chinese. (Additional proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or other languages is a plus.)
Strong logical thinking, decision- making skills, and the ability to focus on solving problems for optimal outcomes.
Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Completed your final year and finished your thesis is a plus.
