The Role: Business Development Manager (Chinese- speaking)

The Business Development Manager (Chinese- speaking) plays a key role in driving growth and expanding market presence for CPG International (Vietnam). This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and preparing proposals for bid submissions. The role involves strategic planning, customer engagement, business development and close coordination with internal teams across the CPG Corporation network.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, authorities, and partners.
- Promote company products and services by understanding and addressing client objectives and plans.
- Provide reliable feedback and deliver after- sales support to clients.
- Develop growth strategies focusing on financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks, as requested by Head of BD or superior in charge.
- Build and maintain long- term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate and support events related to sales, branding, marketing, and promotional activities for CPG International (Vietnam).
- Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals and documentation for bid submissions.
- Support the Group Business Development Manager in expanding the Business Development Division and developing new and existing markets.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal business units and divisions to support business development activities.
