Business Support Executive - Biết Tiếng Hàn

Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors
Maintain good relationships with key partner banks and support business- related activities.
Support Business Analysis (BA)–related tasks, including requirement analysis and data research.
Coordinate with internal departments to implement and deliver services to customers effectively and on schedule.
Provide Korean–Vietnamese / Vietnamese–Korean interpretation during meetings, seminars, and daily working activities.
Handle administrative paperwork such as contracts, supporting documents, marketing materials, reports, and other related documentation.
Follow up with customers to ensure completion of required documents and procedures.
Deliver customer care, maintain and develop customer relationships; conduct regular site visits and prepare project status reports.

Hardworking, eager to learn, willing to take on challenges, and committed to continuous self- improvement.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of banking operations, exposure to Fintech, or experience in the payment intermediary sector is an advantage.
Experience in business development, business support, or customer service.
Proficient in Korean (listening, speaking, reading, writing); TOPIK level 5 or above.
Candidates with experience in IT or strong IT/software- related vocabulary are preferred.
