In charge personal accident insurance, support employees when they need to reimburse
Support Manager to circulate documents about the policies of our organization.
Handle duties from starting to ending of monthly payroll cycle for back office, operations departments including booking team (including checking attendance, work with department Manager to align attendance of employees, raise risky if have any mismatch attendance, collecting advance, deduction of employee to input payroll, release payslip to employee, explain salary calculation for employee if any question raises …)
Other tasks per Line Manager’s request
Administrate personnel profile
In charge monthly reports of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, working with officer of local social insurance to solve relevant matters
Manage and maintain database of employees including and not limit as new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Prepare, as required, reports on employee- related data to assist with the management and development of staff
Conduct HR’s report per Manager’s require
Support Manager to follow up and filling performance objectives and performance review when needed
Manage annual leave & update periodical quarterly or when needed
Provide administration support for the engagement of employees

Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Data analytical, process thinking, detail oriented
Able to prioritize and plan work activities
Outstanding problem- solving skills.
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Familiar with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Careful, proactive, outgoing
Intermediate level in English
At least 3 years- experience in C&B
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Good verbal and written communication skills
