Job Summary
The Kitchen Guide reports directly to the Kitchen Coach/Kitchen Manager and works closely with the other members in F&B team.
The Kitchen Guide is responsible for supporting the Kitchen Coach in preparation and cooking of all food items, whilst adhering to health and food safety areas as laid out by Wink standards and local standards. This role is also in charge of demonstrating and helping to maintain high levels of food quality that consistently exceeds the expectations of guests.

Proven performance record with at least 1 year in hospitality or F&B operations as Commis or Kitchen Helper or equivalent, fresh graduate will be considered
Ability to easily connect and provide a warm (first) contact for our guests, continuously making it personal at every interaction
Average written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Actively work to build a community of one, in actions and feelings
High school diploma; associate degree, or certification in Culinary Arts is advantageous
