Working location: 20 Vo Truong Toan, An Khanh Ward (former D2), HCMC
Working hours: Full- time 40 hours/ week
Mondays off and 1 weekend off (Saturday or Sunday)
Tuesday to Friday, earliest start from 10:00 and latest end at 20:30
Saturday or Sunday, earliest start from 08:30 and latest end at 17:30

RESPONSIBILITY
Student Management & Support
Act as the primary point of contact between the center and parents to provide regular updates on student performance;
Monitor student progress, attendance, and classroom behavior closely;
Coordinate with teachers and the Academic team to implement intervention strategies for students struggling academically or behaviorally.
Retention & Re- enrollment
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student retention and satisfaction.
Manage the re- enrollment process by consulting with parents on the next steps of their child&039;s learning journey;
Proactively address concerns to minimize student drop- outs.
Operational Coordination
Partner with various internal teams (Sales, Academic, Admin) to ensure smooth transitions between academic quarters for students;
Participate in organizing center events/images and extracurricular activities to build a strong community.
Assist with administrative tasks such as reminding parents of tuition deadlines and supporting the finance team with collections;
Customer Service & Complaint Handling
Handle inquiries and resolve complaints from parents and students professionally and promptly;
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a ""customer- focused"" mindset in all interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive, self- starting, curious and positive attitude;
Proficient in leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemin,..) to optimize customer service process, analyze learning data, and enhance operational efficiency;
1- 2 years of working experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counseling or Business Development;
Detail- oriented and patient with a customer- focused mindset.
Basic computer skills and willing to learn new platforms;
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
