Combine with Resort engineering/ Captain/ Recreation Manager to have planning buying some spare part for yacht and boat.
Ensure that all the Yacht, boats are operated in accordance with all safety Rules and Regulations, and are maintained in accordance with manufacture manual.
Completed daily engine checks, i.e., oil, filters,..
Ensure that the Regent standards (Ford travel guide) are fully implemented, maintained, and exceeded throughout the departments to reach guest satisfaction.
Assist guests where required using activities and facilities, and provide instruction regarding all related activity and facilities including safety and correct use of equipment.
You make guests feel welcome by always warmly greeting them and engaging guests through meaningful interaction, while also knowing when to be discreet.
Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and tidy, and that Yacht, boat tools and equipment are handled and used according to departmental procedures and manufacturer’s instructions.
Assist and performance additional task given by Recreation Manager or Management Board.
Encourage staff development by promoting a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement.
Daily check the engine, electric system, sail, winch… to make sure all in good condition before each cruise.
Encourage efficient and effective inter- departmental communication to promote a climate of teamwork and motivation.
Have good planning for maintenance and preparing daily, weekly and monthly…
Support with Boat captain to anchored, moored, or tied up in a manner which ensures the safety of the boat, passengers, crew, and cargo / equipment, at all times
Combine with Captain to identify which areas need to improving and rectification to make for Serenity Yacht always look shiny and brand new.
Ensure that all guests are escorted on arrival and departure to provide a warm welcome and font farewell at all place.
Ensure that all the Yacht, boats are operated in accordance with all safety Rules and Regulations, and are maintained in accordance with manufacture manual.
Prepare Serenity Yacht Cruise for guests and ensure all set up to meet the Regent standard as per procedures of all single activities and service.

Communication in English.
Graduation from Maritime University is prefer. All certificate as require from government for chef engineering MUST have. (Engine Captain…).
At least 2 years experiences as Boat chef engineering. Prefer have been working in hospitality industry. Know well marine engine.
