ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
Job Overview
As an Account Specialist at HEDIMA, you will be the central point of coordination for integrated healthcare marketing projects, primarily serving leading multinational pharmaceutical clients. You will oversee project execution, engage with clients to build relationship, and contribute strategically to ensure campaigns are impactful and meet client expectation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship (20%)
• Receive briefs/feedback on marketing services from clients, clarify project needs, and consult clients on HEDIMA’s solution offerings
• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients to ensure long- term engagement and satisfaction
• Communicate project progress and key deliverables clearly and professionally.
Project Management (60%)
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial processes (contracts, cash flow, debt) are completed in coordination with accountant/admin
• Manage documentation, reporting, and progress tracking to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead project timelines, manage internal task allocations, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams (creative, medical, digital, planning) and external vendors (if any) to coordinate seamless execution
Strategy & Planning (20%)
• Support in building proposals
• Work with planners and medical experts to shape marketing strategies aligned with client goals
• Contribute ideas on new solutions and innovations for HEDIMA’s solution development.
Job Requirements
• Client- oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Digital marketing knowledge
• At least 2–3 years of experience in account in advertising sectors, marketing, or sales
• Excellent time management skills
• Medical background (Doctor/Pharmacist) or experience in healthcare sector is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English
