Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits (80%)
• Monitor and update changes in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment
insurance data (60%).
• Update legal regulations regarding company policies, benefits, and salaries to timely
• Manage documents related to salaries, bonuses, and company policies.
adjust and comply with company and current legal regulations.
• Monitor and support trade union policy management.
• Handle employee resignations and related procedures.
• Assist with tasks related to personal income tax.
Other Responsibilities (20%)
• Support internal communication activities for the HR team.
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Key Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with TS24 and HTKK software.
• Proficiency in a foreign language, preferably Chinese or English, is an advantage.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Quick learner, dynamic, and excellent communication skills.

• Working hours: 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM, lunch break: 12:00 PM – 01:30 PM, Monday to
• Monthly income ranging up to 15 million VND, based on qualifications.
