Client Excellence Trainee - Project Coordinator

ACTUAL THINGS YOU WILL DO

Project coordination & execution: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation projects and programs, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with project objectives.
Communication & administrative support: Support project communications, meeting coordination, preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks required for effective project delivery.
Program & stakeholder management: Assist in coordinating innovation- related initiatives, including startup scouting, accelerator programs, corporate innovation projects, and ecosystem engagement activities. Work closely with internal teams, clients, experts, startups, and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Project monitoring & documentation: Maintain project plans, schedules, databases, reports, and related documentation. Ensure project information is accurately tracked, updated, and properly archived in accordance with company standards.

Good command of both Vietnamese and English
