ABOUT THE ROLE
will be to guide our customers on a coffee journey with unforgettable moments and to share the art of brewing.
Lacàph is looking for passionate individuals who are eager to fulfill the mission of sharing Vietnamese coffee and
culture to curious people around the world. You will be a storyteller and a coffee enthusiast rolled into one. Your role
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working Location
Assigned based on management’s requirements at one of the following locations:
▪ Lacàph Space Sài Gòn: 220 Nguyễn Công Trứ, Bến Thành Ward, HCMC
▪ Lacàph Bar: 151 Đồng Khởi, Sài Gòn Ward, HCMC
▪ Working Time:
48 hours per week, scheduled by the manager. Employees will work in one of the following shifts:
▪ Shift 02: From 09.30am to 06.30pm
▪ Shift 03: From 10.00am to 07.00pm
▪ Shift 01: From 07.00am to 04.00pm
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coffee Experiences Hosting
▪ Use the art of storytelling to guide customers through their journeys, exploring Vietnamese coffee and
culture.
▪ Host and assist in workshops, including setting up, cleaning, and supporting main hosts.
▪ Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer&039;s experience is unforgettable.
▪ Act as a script- based presenter, adjusting delivery to engage different audiences.
▪ Deliver clear guidance and instructions on brewing signature Vietnamese coffee- based beverages.
Customer Assistance
▪ Address customer inquiries, needs, and concerns professionally, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
▪ Enhance customer engagement by actively promoting and selling products or services.
▪ Encourage customers to leave Google reviews to enhance brand credibility.
▪ Extend warm welcomes, provide insightful menu descriptions, and passionately introduce customers to Lacàph products.
Crafting Coffee Excellence
▪ Set up and maintain bar cleanliness, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and food safety regulations.
▪ Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee- related beverages with consistency and quality.
▪ Perform coffee roasting or brewing demonstrations for customers and manage workshop groups as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
▪ Fluent English communication skills (compulsory).
▪ Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect with customers.
▪ Passion for Vietnamese coffee and culture, with a genuine desire to share this enthusiasm with others.
▪ Knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques. (Training will be provided.)
▪ Experience in a customer- facing role within the hospitality industry (e.g., coffee/bartending service, receptionist, waiter/waitress, hosting, MC...).
