- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cold kitchen section
- Assist in buffet setup and garnish displays when required
- Follow standardized recipes and kitchen procedures
- Monitor and manage stock levels for cold kitchen ingredients
- Maintain freshness, quality, and proper portion control of all dishes
- Prepare cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, cold cuts, and dressings
- Ensure food presentation meets 5- star standards and plating guidelines
- Comply with all food safety and HACCP standards
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food items
- Support Sous Chef/CDP in daily kitchen operations
Yêu cầu công việc
- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cold kitchen or similar role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience in hotels or high- end restaurants preferred
- Responsible, organized, and able to follow instructions
- Knowledge of food preparation, storage, and hygiene standards
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail in presentation
