Corporate Relationship Manager

Our client is a foreign bank, due to its expand business, they are looking for talents for the position of Corporate Relationship Manager in Bien Hoa:

Ensure consistent service excellence while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Monitor daily transactions, prepare credit applications, and generate internal reports for relevant stakeholders.
Analyze client needs to provide value- added solutions that maximize both customer value and revenue growth.
Identify cross- selling opportunities within the current portfolio and collaborate with internal departments to drive results.
Proactively acquire new corporate clients, focusing on Vietnam- listed companies, state- owned enterprises, and industry leaders.
Maintain high standards of customer service to effectively manage and retain the existing client portfolio.
Stay updated on international business drivers, including regulations, economic trends, and cross- border procedures.

Proven experience in managing relationships with High- Net- Worth (HNW) clients.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong teamwork spirit.
Proficiency (Speaking & Writing) in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and business proposals.
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Capable of drafting credit applications (Facility Letters, Loan Agreements) and managing complex operational processes with patience.
Deeply attuned to banking market trends, updates, and emerging opportunities.
Minimum of 5 years as a Relationship Manager, managing a loan portfolio exceeding USD 30 million.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and proficiency in financial and credit analysis.
