The corporate sales manager is responsible for driving revenue by building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to meet sales goals.
Hotel Business and Sales strategies and target
• The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities for local corporate accounts plus finding new accounts to achieve segment targets.
• Assists in leading all day- to- day activities related to sales with a focus on building long- term, value- based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager/ General Manager/ General Director/ Managing Director to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
• Implement all sales action plans within assigned market areas to achieve sales targets, including daily sales calls and site inspection trips
• Ensuring contracted local account targets are met.
• Achieves personal sales goals.
• Develop a clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategy, set sales goals, and establish actionable plans to achieve them
• Resolve customer grievances and inquiries related to the sales process or hotel services
• Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
Market Research and Business Development
• Implement an action plan to achieve the target of new account acquisition, room nights, and revenue
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop, plan, and execute promotional activities
• Conduct market research and stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Other assigned tasks by BOM
• Pre- qualify and target key accounts within the assigned territory or area and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increasethe hotel’s market share
• Develop and maintain proactive relationships with potential and existing accounts through regular sales calls and client engagement events.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficient in English communication (spoken and written).
Experience: More than 05 years working in the Hospitality industry with at least 03 years in a sales role.
Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Personal qualities: Quick reaction and trend catcher, good communication, and negotiation skills
Specific skills/abilities: Strong Corporate sales, leadership, customer service & problem- solving skills. Competence in financial oversight and Corporate sales analysis.
