Position Summary
As the Creative Resource Planner at InBold, you are the vital link keeping our international creative engine running smoothly across continents. Based in our Saigon office, you will manage the daily workflow for our integrated creative teams spanning Vietnam and Denmark. Acting as the ultimate organizer and bridge- builder between creatives, project managers, and production, you will be responsible for allocating resources, managing time zones, enforcing deadlines, and ensuring seamless cross- border collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Research & Planning: As the Creative Reossurce Planner you will be part of the creative team and it will be part of developping research for both excisting clients and for New Bizz pitches.
Task Allocation & Workflow Management: Review daily workloads and allocate tasks to creative teams across the Saigon and Copenhagen offices. You will balance the varying demands, paces, and scales of local campaigns versus large international brand projects. Keeping a constant eye on timeline and scope making sure it is in compliance with budget.
Meeting Facilitation & Documented Handoffs: Lead daily cross- border stand- ups during overlapping working hours to ensure teams are unblocked. Outside of meetings, facilitate clear, documented communication so briefs and feedback are perfectly understood without relying on real- time calls.
System Ownership: Champion InBold’s project management software, ensuring creatives in both regions use it consistently to track hours, update statuses, and store final assets.
Time Zone Strategy: A strategic mindset for planning across different time zones, maximizing productivity during the overlap and ensuring a seamless, around- the- clock workflow. Establish realistic timelines for deliverables that account for the time difference between Vietnam and Denmark, ensuring smooth project handoffs at the end of each working day.
Matrix Reporting: Matrix Navigation: Comfortable reporting to multiple stakeholders simultaneously. You can successfully balance the creative vision of two different Creative Leads with the strict timeline requirements of the Project Lead, and provide daily updates to the Project Lead while keeping both the Copenhagen and Saigon Creative Leads aligned on project status, priorities, and potential roadblocks.
Workflow Agility: Proven ability to comfortably shift gears between the rapid turnaround of local market needs and the complex, multi- tiered deliverables of global campaigns. You know how to give creative talent the structure and clear direction needed to execute on time.
Betterhype.com: You will play an active role in turning the Betterhype.com strategy into reality. You will manage and allocate the creative resources needed to execute the vision, while continuously contributing your own insights and initiatives to help us uncover new opportunities to make the our subsidiary grow.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong baseline—but we care far more about your actual track record of successfully delivered projects and your operational mindset.
Cross- Cultural Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English, with the empathy and cultural agility required to foster a unified team spirit between our Scandinavian and Asian offices.
Agency Pedigree: 2–4+ years of battle- tested experience as a Traffic Manager, Resource Planner, or Creative Project Manager within a fast- paced advertising, digital, or creative agency.
Toolbox Mastery: Deep, hands- on expertise with industry- standard project management and resource allocation software
Creative Understanding: A solid grasp of the modern creative process across all mediums (design, copywriting, digital, video). You know how long it actually takes to craft a great campaign.
Global Footprint: A proven track record of successfully managing distributed teams, or international client portfolios. You have tangible experience navigating diverse cultural working styles.
