Responsibilities:
Multi- Channel Customer Service
Handle Hotline: Answer calls and reply to messages via SMS, Zalo, and WhatsApp.Consultation: Address customer Q&As and advise on lifestyle products (cigars, whisky, accessories).
Event Invitation: Call and message customers to invite them to events based on assigned lists.
Manage Chatboxes: Respond to inquiries on Fanpage, Instagram, Zalo, WhatsApp, Tawk.to, and Google Business.
Online Order Processing & Fulfillment
Order Reception: Collect and process online orders from websites and social media platforms.
Order Tracking: Monitor delivery statuses to ensure successful fulfillment and resolve issues.
Logistics Coordination: Work with the shipping parties to manage deliveries and customer returns.
CRM & Customer Membership Management
Data Extraction: Compile and filter customer lists as required by management.
Data Maintenance: Create, update, and manage customer account profiles upon request.
Tier Management: Upgrade qualifying accounts and downgrade inactive or low- spending accounts annually/monthly.
Reporting & General Tasks
Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly sales performance and results reports.
Ad- hoc Tasks: Execute other duties assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Yêu cầu công việc
Job requirements:
- At least 2+ years of working experience in the same position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- English 4 skills.
- In- depth knowledge of using various social media platforms for business (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Experience in F&B/Retail/Hospitality/Wine & Spirits is a must.
