RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Journey & Segmentation
- Design and optimize customer journeys across different lifecycle stages: New users, Active users, Inactive/ churned users
- Build and manage customer segmentation based on:
+ Customer value
+ User behavior
+ Engagement level
Marketing Automation Execution
- Set up and manage automated campaigns triggered by user behavior: Push notifications, Emails, SMS
- Continuously optimize messaging, timing, and channels to improve performance
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key metrics: Open rate/ click- through rate; Conversion rate; Retention rate
- Generate insights and propose data- driven improvements
CRM & Martech Operations
- Operate and manage CRM/ marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to:
+ Maintain stable and efficient automation flows
+ Ensure compliance with data governance and customer data security policies
+ Ensure accurate tracking of user behavior
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands- on experience with marketing automation platforms
- Good collaboration skills across cross- functional teams
- Preferred backgrounds: Fintech, E- commerce, Product- based/ tech companies
- Proactive, detail- oriented, and highly responsible
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of user behavior and growth metrics: Activation, Retention, Conversion
- Data- driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on insights
- 4- 7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Growth Marketing roles
- Comfortable working in a KPI- driven, fast- paced environment
