Handle and manage the UNIQLO account:
- Keep monitoring the daily activities and update information to the NX agent/ related parties.
- Handle all the related reports.
- Arranging the job in group under Manager&039;s instruction
- Effectively manage and uphold ISO standards and company rules while actively seeking innovative ways to enhance export document services.
- Check the carrier&039;s payment and issue the debit note to the customer/agent accordingly.
- Manage the daily operations of UQ shipments, including the associated CFS WH operation and coordinating with related departments, as well as managing contracts for export shipments to ensure efficiency and compliance at every step.
- Support team members in daily operational problems.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Average English skill;
- Skilled in using office software (Microsoft Office) and logistics management systems.- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Understanding of the Ocean procedures through experience in handling documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, with at least 3- 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Strong attention to detail, experience in customer service and documentation, and the ability to handle high- pressure VIP requirements.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&039;s Degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, International Business or equivalent.
