Customer Service Executive

• Be responsible for accurate shipping documents and follow up on shipping schedules.
• Check and issue all related documents for shipments (Pre- alert, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Manifest, Credit Note, Debit Note, etc.).
• Support and handle all customer requirements (pick- up and delivery arrangements, free time, closing time, SI cut- off, customs clearance, cargo insurance, etc.).
• Check and update schedules of carriers and co- loaders as required by clients or sales; send booking confirmations upon request.
• Receive requests from clients/agents.
• File AMS, AFR, ICS2 for export shipments to the USA, Japan, and EU.
• Follow up on export shipments until completion.
• Ensure all charges and related documents are collected from customers, overseas partners, and local agents; report to the Operation Manager if any charges or documents are pending.
• Input shipment data into the internal system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Managers or Directors.
• Follow up, check, and update shipment and delivery status; coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve any arising issues.
• Ensure all tasks are completed timely and accurately.
