Manage customer reviews: Monitor and handle customer feedback on review platforms.
Support financial transactions: Assist customers with transaction and transfer processes, ensuring clear and effective guidance.
Ticket management: Monitor and handle customer support requests via email and other channels; coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
Live chat support: Interact with customers through online chat channels, ensuring fast and efficient responses.
Customer satisfaction tracking: Analyze daily feedback to evaluate customer satisfaction and improve support processes.
Follow up on pending requests: Check unresolved requests from previous shifts and ensure no customer issues are missed.
Phone support: Make and receive calls to handle customer requests when necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience using customer support tools (ticket systems, chat platforms, etc.) and knowledge of financial transactions/payment processes is a plus.
Fluent in Thai and English
Professional working attitude, proactive, and responsible.
Proficient in MS Office.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
Experience in Customer Service or related roles.
