Customer Service Staff (N2 Japanese)

Contact with Japanese customers for consulting company service via email, phone
On- site cargo survey voand make quotation
Making documents for import / export operations for customers
Supervise packing at Japanese customers&039; residences.
Closely coordinate with agents to monitor the handling status of customers’ goods, such as customs clearance, packing schedule, and delivery arrangement.
Making contracts and Debit note for customers
Assist in customer care for existing clients and support finding new potential customers.
Other jobs as required by line manager/BOD

Gender: F; 25 to under 32 years old
N2 above (Good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese)
At least 3 years of working experience with JPN
(Candidates with a basic understanding of import- export procedures and JPN Customer service will be an advantage)
Extroverted, can- do spirit, insanely customer- centric, good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and strong in buil communicate well with related departments coworker, clients, agents.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
Ability to deliver value to customers, willing to stand from customers&039; point of view (mind of customer services)
Work Attitude: Detail- oriented, responsible, and proactive in handling assigned tasks, willing to support flexible tasks.

Salary range: 15,000,000- 20,000,000 (Negotiable based on experience and ability.)
Other allowance: Lunch, business trip, transportation, and telephone.
Working Hours: 8:00- 17:00
Holiday allowance: 500,000 VND 3 times / year
Luch time: 12:00- 13:00
