Customs Operations Specialist (Working in Dong Nai)

Collect and validate technical data from suppliers to ensure proper import declarations aligned with customs laws.
Request and manage required documentation such as Mill Certificates, engagement letters, and material composition forms.
Propose and implement innovative process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance effectiveness.
Verify that certificates and supporting documents are properly completed in accordance with customs regulations.
Define, review, and monitor product and material compositions provided by business partners.
Ensure all processes are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining efficiency and responsiveness.
Support customs transactions by collecting FTA certificates from suppliers to optimize duty- free import and export opportunities.
Conduct post- import solicitation projects to recover previously paid duties through retroactive certificate collection.
Maintain and update systems to ensure duty- saving benefits are captured at the time of importation.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of applicable Rules of Origin (ROO) to challenge and support suppliers in improving response accuracy and compliance rates.
Participate in preparing and submitting documentation required by customs authorities.
Develop KPIs, statistics, and dashboards to support strategic decision- making and compliance performance monitoring.
Prepare and review technical documentation to support accurate customs declarations, applying due diligence and the “best knowledge” principle.

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Customs Laws and Regulations.
Fluent in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
At least 5 years of experience in Customs operations, or working in import- export service companies, or experience in legal matters related to import- export.
