Digital Content & Media Executive

Mô tả công việc:
● Plan and develop content for Facebook and TikTok, including campaign- based and sales- driven content
● Monitor, analyze, and report content and media performance, providing actionable insights for improvement
● Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and user behavior to continuously improve content effectiveness
● Write engaging copies, captions, hooks, and short- form content tailored to each platform to support traffic and sales
● Execute and optimize simple adsvertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok
● Collaborate closely with the Designer, Video editor to ensure content is aligned with brand direction and delivered on time
Yêu cầu:
• Proactive, trend- aware, and comfortable working in a fast- paced environment.
• Good understanding of Facebook and TikTok platforms, including content formats, audience behavior, and basic ads setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Hands- on experience in running and optimizing simple ads campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok for traffic, engagement, or conversion support.
• Strong writing and creative skills, with the ability to adapt tone for branding, engagement, and conversion.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social content, digital content, or similar roles, with hands- on exposure to basic paid media execution.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with MKT teams.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and turn data into practical content and media improvements.
