Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing content across Social Media, Website, and App to support marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness. This role focuses on content creation, multi- channel management, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to achieve business and communication objectives.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Content Planning & Production
Proactively stay updated with trends (social trends, food trends, consumer trends) to create engaging and relevant content
Participate in content production, including basic in- store shooting/filming and supporting the Creative team for larger productions (viral clips, TVCs, campaign videos)
Generate creative ideas for visual and video content aligned with brand tone & guidelines across social platforms
Develop detailed monthly/ campaign- based content plans, including promotions, new product launches, store openings, and loyalty programs
Social Media Management & Execution
Maintain content calendar, ensuring posting frequency and content quality meet agreed plans
Monitor and manage audience engagement, including responding to comments/inbox and handling negative feedback according to guidelines
Manage and execute content across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo OA, etc.)
Publish content (captions, visuals, hashtags) and ensure proper display across platforms
Website & App Content Execution
Create and schedule Push Notifications to communicate campaigns and offers to users
Update content on Website & App, including banners, new product listings, and promotional information
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor and analyze content performance using tools such as Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
Propose improvements and optimization actions to enhance digital KPIs
Prepare periodic reports on campaign and content performance
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs, influencers, or external partners to increase brand visibility when required
Brief and collaborate with Design/Creative teams to produce content
Support other marketing activities as assigned
Operational & Administrative Support
Manage and archive contracts and related documents
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Support in- store customer experience initiatives (e.g., music marketing) when required
Handle paperwork related to Digital Marketing activities, including payment requests, advances, and reimbursements

Education & Knowledge
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and digital trends, especially targeting Gen Z audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Solid understanding of Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and social media platforms
Experience
Proven experience in content planning and multi- channel execution
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing
Experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance
Experience in Retail/F&B/Fashion/CVS industries is a plus
Skills & Abilities
Basic marketing mindset with understanding of customer behavior
Proficiency in basic design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Strong content creation skills with a good sense of trends
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills (working with Design, Creative, Agencies, KOL/KOC, etc.)
