Oversee all F&B outlets (Restaurants, Bars, Kitchen, Banquet)
Handle guest concerns and operational issues
Analyze financial reports and implement improvements
Control costs (food, beverage, labor)
Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards
Develop business strategies, revenue plans, and budgets
Lead, train, and develop F&B team
Ensure service quality and guest experience
Lead and manage all F&B operations to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing for promotions

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in 4–5 star hotels/resorts
Strong financial and business acumen
Fluent in English
Minimum 7–10 years in F&B, with 3–5 years in senior management
