Japanese Chain Restaurants Vietnam (JCR Vietnam) is the operator of leading Japanese dining concepts including Genki Sushi, the renowned kaiten sushi chain, and Yakiniku Like. We are seeking a passionate and skilled culinary leader to drive our kitchen operations and spearhead our menu innovation.
Job Summary
The District Manager is responsible for leading multi- store operations to deliver business results for the Yakiniku Like brand in Vietnam. This role ensures consistent operational excellence, sales growth, cost control, and people development across all assigned restaurants, while maintaining strict compliance with brand standards, food safety, and customer experience expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence (40%)
Ensure all stores operate according to Yakiniku Like SOPs, brand guidelines, and service standards.
Monitor daily operations via reports, CCTV, and communication tools; address deviations swiftly.
Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and corrective action planning.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety & hygiene (VSATTP), equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
People Leadership & Talent Development (25%)
Foster a positive culture aligned with Yakiniku Like values.
Drive performance management: set targets, conduct evaluations, and manage underperformance.
Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers.
Build a strong talent pipeline: oversee recruitment, training, succession planning.
Business Performance & Financial Management (25%)
Support execution of marketing, LTO, and local sales- driving activities.
Monitor P&L of each store; support RM to analyze variances and execute action plans.
Manage labor scheduling efficiency and cost control initiatives.
Deliver district targets: sales, guest count, controllable costs, labor productivity, and profitability.
Customer Experience & Brand Integrity (10%)
Review customer feedback and complaints; implement recovery actions.
Ensure each restaurant delivers “fast, tasty, affordable Yakiniku experience” consistently.
Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction scores and online ratings.

Experience
Proven track record of improving sales, profitability, and operational standards.
Minimum 3–5 years of F&B multi- store management, F&B chains (QSR, Casual Dining, Japanese restaurant experience preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Chinese or Japanese is advantage.
Deep understanding of F&B operations, P&L, labor management, and customer experience.
Good English communication(write and speak).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership and coaching capability.
Excellent communication and planning skills.
