Driver Performance Specialist

Main Duties:

Take responsibility in managing partner performance including partner online hour and partner productivity for reaching department’s target
Monitor beCaptain and oversee Captain performance: quantity of online drivers, online hours, trips and compliance following navigating call.
Coordinate with Partner Ops/ Operations Excellence team to navigate supply, maintain operations performance metrics.
Ensure partner engagement in app by requesting and co- developing new feature/ tools to promote partner’s online time in app and improve partner’s performance.

Responsibilities:

Improve engagement plan for drivers: Online/offline activities, driver benefits, ...
Control driver/cleaner’s insight by multi- channel communication plan be- captain,be community group, ...
Planning and monitor driver/cleaner’s segment for keeping driver/cleaner’s retention rate monthly/quarterly/ yearly
Ensure supply hour daily/weekly/monthly by vertical
Able to design call scripts, monitor tele sales KPI to deliver result for department’s target
Take responsible for Operations C/R metric including C/R 2W & C/R 4W

At least 3 years experiences in similar position
Bachelor&039;s degree of Marketing/Business Administration is required
Able to manage a small tele sales team
Photoshop/SQL skill is an advantage
