To responsible for the implementation of polices & procedures as follows :
- preventive maintenance program
- training program for associates directly under his supervision
- fire & life safety program
- work request program
- safety tag program
- water treatment program
- parts and materials control
- energy conservation program
Details will be discussed in the interview.

• Strong technical skills
• Financial acuity- the control of expenses/costs.
• Sound understanding of preventative maintenance.
• Technical professional certificate is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity
