Lead the way – managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operations
Develop your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.
Be first point of contact for any critical emergency situations
Yêu cầu công việc
Working knowledge of hotel property management systems like Opera beneficial
Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Other languages may be preferred
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Diploma in Hotel Management, or related field with preferably 2 years’ Supervisory experience in Front Office operations.
