Help the department in meeting its targets and increase hotel revenue through his/her sales efforts.
Manage and motivate Front office teams in line with the brand’s recommended behavioral guidelines, in order to provide personalized high quality guest services.
Responsible for all issues relating to guest room and to resolve all guests’ stay relating issues, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times.
Ensure the respect of procedures and hygiene and safety standards; beside, manage headcount and organization for optimum efficiency in compliance with legislation.

Skills in using office software / specialized software according to job requirements
For people: Attentive, sincere, warm; For work: ensure standards; collaborate, learn, share, & improve;
Prefer primary/secondary/college/university degree majoring in hospitality or other relevant disciplines;
Prefer experience in similar positions.
For departments directly in contact with guests: English Communication ability
Sense of responsibility, mastery in work; Behavioral skills, coordination, teamwork;
Commit to the brand promise; Highly disciplined with the standards and regulations of the hotel as well as the corporation.
