E-commerce Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in managing daily operations on TikTok Shop (product listing, pricing, promotions).
Handle basic customer inquiries and support issue resolution when needed.
Monitor order status, coordinate with warehouse team for order fulfillment.
Support in setting up campaigns, vouchers, and platform activities.
Track shop performance and assist in preparing reports (sales, traffic, conversion).
Research trends, competitors, and suggest ideas to improve performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets is a plus
A Plus to have knowledge of E- commerce / Marketing
No experience requirements.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Detail- oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Basic understanding of online marketplaces and social media
